Lead Warehouse Associate - Essex, CT
: Job Details :

Package and ship warehouse inventory while maintaining par levels. Track and confirm delivery of orders and shipments to vessels. Generate inventory & shipping reports; update shipping logs. Create shipping lists, packing slips, shipping labels & other documentation. Lead and direct a team of four to six warehouse associates in day-to-day operations. Help train and mentor new hires. Qualifications:Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. Strong Supply Chain knowledge from end to end processing of shipments. Excellent time management skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Experience with freight shipments preferred. Highly motivated. Ability to lift 55 pounds. Ability to solve problems. Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Must have forklift experience and certification. Must have a valid motor vehicle license. Must be located within commutable distance of Essex, CT.
