Position: Preschool Assistant / Classroom Helper
Hours: 2‑3 hours per day, 3‑5 days per weekLocation: Trinity Community Preschool, Woodbridge
Duties:
Supervise children for extended day care
Supervise children and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
Help with set‑up and clean‑up of classroom materials
Support children with personal needs (e.g. bathroom, handwashing)
Follow preschool routines and schedules
Communicate respectfully with staff and, as needed, parents
Participate in background check and any required training (e.g. safety, first aid, child protection)
Requirements:
Must pass a background check
Enjoy working with young children; patience, kindness, and reliability are essential
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
(Desirable but not required) Some experience in childcare / preschool / early childhood education
CPR / First Aid certification
Compensation: $ 17 per hour
Start Date: Immediately
