Another Source's client West Georgia Technical College is recruiting a Vice President, Student Affairs to join their team in a full-time, on-site role in Carrollton, Georgia.

About the Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Student Affairs provides leadership and oversight for a comprehensive system of enrollment and student services that supports learners from entry through completion.

This senior leader oversees Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Life, and Support Services - including advising, retention, special populations, disability services, and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs.

The VP will ensure high-quality student experiences and operational excellence across areas such as recruitment, enrollment, orientation, testing, job placement, accessibility services, graduation events, student complaints and discipline, career services, and campus activities. The role also supervises the college's Title IX program.

Some evenings, weekends, and overnight travel for meetings/conferences are required. Travel between campus locations is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain student service systems, policies, and strategic enrollment management plans.
  • Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies providing student services.
  • Lead registration and orientation, develop recruitment materials, manage web and social media outreach, and serve as Registrar.
  • Plan and implement graduation exercises.
  • Oversee budgeting and fiscal operations for the division.
  • Ensure compliance with Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and develop staff across the division.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related work experience OR
  • Master's degree and 3 years of related work experience in leadership/management of student affairs.

What Qualities May Strengthen Your Application:

  • Master's degree in educational leadership, vocational administration, counseling, or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience within the past 7 years in postsecondary/higher education.
