Machine Maintenance Manager – Direct Hire | Permanent | Garden City, NY

We are seeking a Machine Maintenance Manager to oversee the repair, installation, and upkeep of facilities and production equipment in a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity based in Garden City, NY

Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance procedures and manage departmental budgets
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment
• Lead and supervise maintenance team members
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with outside vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Experience with CNC machines and Vacuum Braze Ovens
• Knowledge of process equipment (chillers, air compressors, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
