Role Overview:

As a Groundsman at Clearview Tree Care, you'll play a vital role in supporting our tree crews during pruning, removal, and cleanup operations. This is a physically active, hands-on position that involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. You'll assist climbers, operate equipment, manage debris, and help ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and clean.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tree removal, trimming, and pruning operations
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and debris
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, blowers, and other jobsite tools
• Drag and chip brush, stack logs, and maintain a clean work area
• Set up and break down work zones safely (cones, signage, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with crew members to maintain safety and productivity
• Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Experience in tree care, landscaping, or general labor is a plus (but not required)
