Salary Range: $51.42 an hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) contractor. The ideal candidate will have significant relevant experience with:

• Formal requirements gathering
• Strong business partner communication
• Very strong SQL Server skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate dialogue between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of business requirements
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions using interviews, workshops, and surveys
• Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support backlog grooming and prioritization
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Assist in test planning and validation
• Provide user training and post-launch support
• Communicate with cross-functional teams for successful solution delivery
