E-Commerce Customer Service Advisor - Contract Role

Are you looking to jump into a new opportunity before the holidays? A global luxury goods company is hiring for a Customer Service Advisor to support their e-commerce operations. This is a 6-month+ contract with potential to extend or convert to permanent based on performance and business needs.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone using Zendesk
• Provide order updates, assist with product questions, and resolve complaints
• Track shipments and communicate with carriers
• Process returns, issue refunds, and manage shipping labels
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems
• Collaborate with team and management to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (B2C preferred)
• Strong attendance record
• E-commerce and Zendesk experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have reliable internet for hybrid work
