Working with a global construction consulting company who are looking for a Project Engineer to help out with administrative tasks within the construction management team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in construction management who is looking to grow their career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Construction Managers with day-to-day project administration.
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate and track invoices, change orders, and punch list sign-offs.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and project close-out activities.
- Collaborate with General Contractors, Electrical/Mechanical Contractors, and Owners to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working with a GC, EC, MC, or Owner's rep organization.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and administration.
- Exposure to submittals, RFIs, change orders, and electrical line-ups.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
