Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive contractor support for the performance management program.
- This role involves assisting with documentation, training, data analysis, and project support.
- The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Support
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update program procedures and instructions.
- Assist in editing, proofreading, and formatting documents for clarity and accuracy.
- Ensure documentation adheres to established standards, styles, and templates.
- Monitor change requests and support periodic document reviews.
Program Support
- Support the planning and execution of program activities using the fiscal-year roadmap.
- Document business processes, guidelines, and standards.
- Identify and report gaps or discrepancies in program execution.
- Assist in collecting data and measuring results against established metrics.
- Extract and categorize data for visualization and reporting purposes.
- Help implement feedback systems for continuous improvement.
Training Support
- Maintain training resources to ensure content is accurate and effective.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather training needs.
- Deliver training sessions to provide program instructions to stakeholders.
- Create and update graphs and charts to support metrics reporting.
Project Participation Responsibilities
- Participate in project meetings and fulfill assigned action items in a timely manner.
- Assist in facilitating the transition of projects from implementation to ongoing operations.
- Respond to program-related inquiries and tickets submitted by employees and leaders.
Safety & Quality Compliance
- Complete required safety training and follow safety policies and procedures.
- Report hazards promptly and adhere to ergonomic work practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in human resources or a similar professional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
