Your Role:

As a key representative of MVP Health Care, you will connect individuals to a variety of health coverage options and establish strong relationships with local organizations. Your responsibilities will include leading outreach efforts, attending community events, and assisting eligible individuals with enrollment in plans such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, QHPs, HARP, Off-Exchange, Medicare Advantage, and D-SNP.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in health care settings (hospital, medical office, or insurance).
  • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) are highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally.
  • Willingness to work a full-time hybrid schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • A genuine curiosity, humility, and a strong desire to make a difference.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership growth through targeted outreach and enrollment strategies.
  • Represent MVP at health fairs, festivals, and other community events.
  • Build and sustain relationships with local organizations and health care providers.
  • Generate and convert leads into new members.
  • Host two monthly events to showcase MVP's health solutions.
  • Travel locally with promotional materials (up to 30 lbs.).
  • Participate in health screenings and provide proof of immunization.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid position with local travel required. Hiring in Albany County, Columbia County, and Schenectady County.

This position offers a competitive salary, quarterly incentives, and travel reimbursement.
