D/ E/ N -Weekend/ Holiday Rotation. Full and Part-time positions. Reports to Director/ Associate Director of Nursing for Inpatient Services. Key Job Responsibilities. Expert in patient care, serves as a clinical and policy expert and resource. Responds to emergency clinical patient care needs including all codes. De-escalation and service recovery to support patient and staff safety and satisfaction. Collaborates with Admitting and hospital leadership to accomplish efficient patient flow. Provides guidance and support to nursing staff in clinical care, decision making, and problem solving. Supervision of SWAT LPN staff during shift. Collaborates with interdisciplinary partners to achieve optimal patient care and escalation of care when needed. Support staff safety (BBF, Fit for Duty, De-escalation, Disciplinary action)Manage Staffing Resources to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflows.
