Leads periodic assessments of IT systems, infrastructure, vendor contracts and staffing needs to inform a scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology roadmap aligned with organizational strategy. Establishes and monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics. Develops and maintains a technology lifecycle management plan that aligns capital and operational budgets with strategic priorities and asset renewal timelines. Provides leadership to the organization by advising business partners on solutions to best fit the needs of the business. Provides oversight and direction on technology initiatives, governance, policies and documentation to align with best practices, compliance rules and regulations.
