We're building the future of executive search for UHNW individuals and family offices. As a bootstrapped, AI-powered startup, we need a Head of Operations to own our operational engine while our CEO focuses on product and clients.

The Role

Take complete ownership of operations from day one:

• Financial planning and P&L management
• Build scalable systems and processes
• Hire and manage lean, effective teams
• Implement AI tools to multiply our efficiency

Who You Are

• 4-7 years building operations (startup or consulting experience ideal)
• Track record of doing more with less
• Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, EXA, Serif, Origami Agents, Gumloop, etc.)
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working with executive-level and UHNW clients
• Excited to own outcomes, not just advise

Compensation

• Base: $180-220K + bonus
