Overview

Head of Growth Marketing at JOBS by allUP (Pairtu). This is a senior role reporting to the founders, responsible for architecting and executing Pairtu's growth strategy end-to-end, including acquisition budgets, channel prioritization, funnel optimization, and retention. The role focuses on scaling acquisition and retention, validating repeatable channels, and positioning the company for Series A funding.

Location: San Francisco, CA | Full time

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Stock options

About our client

Pairtu combines smart software with human advocates to guide Medicare patients through diagnoses, bills, and care plans. The team is focused, small (fewer than 15), and backed by notable investors and advisors. The company operates in a fast-moving startup environment where ownership is essential and ambiguity is normal.

What You Will Own

  • Own the growth strategy: Set acquisition budgets, prioritize channels, and define scalable growth paths.
  • Drive paid acquisition and experiments: Run and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels; leverage AI workflows for segmentation, creative testing, and rapid iteration.
  • Optimize funnels and retention: Map the patient journey, identify friction points, and improve conversion from ad click to intake to advocate call and long-term retention.
  • Leverage first-party data: Implement tracking pipelines, conversion APIs, and dashboards to measure CAC, LTV, and performance; use data to guide weekly spend and creative decisions.
  • Build a repeatable growth engine: Translate experiments into a scalable playbook for acquisition and retention to demonstrate growth to investors and payers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with founders, product, and operations to align growth strategy with company goals and improve lifetime value beyond acquisition.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have

  • 8+ years of growth marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing.
  • A track record of scaling paid channels profitably across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • A data-driven, AI-curious approach; uses analytics and tools to move faster and smarter.
  • Healthcare or health technology experience in at least one meaningful role.
  • Direct experience owning budgets and executing campaigns, not just managing vendors.
  • Comfort operating in early-stage startups with high ownership, speed, and accountability.
  • Marketing directly to Medicare or senior populations.
  • Experience building SEO, organic, affiliate, or influencer channels.
  • Experience presenting growth strategy and results to leadership teams, boards, or investors.

Success in 12 Months

Customer acquisition costs will be predictable and well below lifetime value. Paid channels will be profitable and scaling consistently. Conversion and retention rates will show meaningful improvement. Growth experiments will run weekly with clear winners and learnings. A repeatable growth playbook will exist to demonstrate to investors and unlock Series A.
