Duties of the job includes serving elementary breakfast, assisting in the preparation of main lunch menu; assists in setting up breakfast and lunch serving lines; preparing and baking breads, buns, cakes, and cookies; preparation items such as salads, sandwiches, and fruit for alternative/ala carte lines; serving meals, portions, and participant counts; assists in the proper sanitation of work areas, serving areas, tables, and equipment; and performing dish room duties in cleaning pans, pots, dishes, silverware.
