🎯 Responsibilities
Mix and batch raw materials according to daily templates.
Follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail.
Take precise measurements and maintain a clean workspace.
Operate machinery and perform general production tasks.
Ensure sanitation standards are met throughout operations.
🛠️ Essential Skills
Proficiency in math and calculator use (1–2 years in a manufacturing environment).
Ability to lift 55 lbs. repetitively.
Attention to detail and instruction accuracy.
Experience in blending or mixing is a plus (1–2 years).
➕ Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift operation preferred but not required.
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.

🧼 Work Environment
Operate in a food processing and packaging facility on a rotating 3rd shift schedule:
12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM.
Alternating between three shifts one week and four the next.
Flexibility with the rotating schedule is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.60 - $22.60/hr.
