Reporting to the Director of Career and Academic Success, the Assistant Director of the Career Center is a member of the highly collaborative Division of Student Academic Success team and works with various Rutgers-Camden stakeholders to develop, facilitate, and coordinate an innovative student success agenda with a primary focus on career development and job placement services. The assistant director supports the Divisions overall mission, strategic plan, and goals; and serves as the driver for projects and initiatives central to the career success of undergraduate and graduate students and alumni and supports the Colleges overall commitment to access, community engagement, and excellence in supporting a diverse student body, alumni, faculty, and staff.
