Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). The position is based in The Woodlands, TX with the flexibility of working some days from home. The therapist will provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families (if needed). Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining case notes, and collaborating with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Work, Psychology, and Mental Health
• Proficiency in Case Management and Family Therapy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid (in-office and remote) setting
• Fully licensed as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Texas
• Experience in telehealth services is a plus
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
