Description The Market Center Administrator in Ocean City, NJ, will be responsible for overseeing finance, operations, and leadership in a growing real estate office. ResponsibilitiesPrimary Objectives: •Ensure timely and accurate banking, accounting, and bookkeeping. •Manage office administration, technology, and procurement. •Support the Team Leader with office operations and agent relations. •Lead and supervise office staff. Key Responsibilities: •Enter and maintain data in office systems. •Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations. •Maintain operational processes and office equipment. •Troubleshoot technology issues. •Prepare meeting agendas and minutes. •Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team support. •Promote products, services, and marketing initiatives. •Manage office databases and provide agent and staff support. Qualifications •2+ years of accounting experience required; management experience preferred. •Real estate office experience is a plus. •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •Proven success in implementing office systems and procedures. •Strong written, verbal, and team leadership skills. •Detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven. •Self-motivated, organized, and solutions-focused under pressure.
