Position: Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Report to store manager
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and store policies
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and check out area
- Assist with re-stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are appealing
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required
Education:
- Current high school student
- GED or high school diploma
Schedule:
Sunday through Saturday
Days and hours may vary
Up to 29 hrs per week
Compensation: $11.50-12 an hr
Background check and drug screen are a condition of employment
