Certification Details- Certified Surgical Technician
Job Details- Assist in the care of the surgical patient.
- Handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.
- Has an understanding of the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon.
- Ensures quality patient care during the operative procedure.
- Maintains the sterile field.
- Follows instructions of Physicians and RN closely.
- Adheres to established hospital policies related to the Operating Room.
- Maintains a safe environment and practices Standard Precautions at all times.
Job Requirements- Certified Surgical Technician required.
Additional Details- Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 35lbs.
- Must be able to tolerate long periods of sitting, standing and/or walking.
