Job DescriptionEnterprise Advisors (Advisors) is the mission-based consultancy of Enterprise, focused on delivering advisory services in partnership with Federal agencies, units of local government, public housing authorities, nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, and others. We work with partners to improve the capacity, outcomes and impacts of place-based community development and housing programs and organizations nationwide so that all people have a place to live, grow, and thrive. Our team includes over 30 professionals from across the country and is growing! Housing and community development ecosystems are dynamic, and subject to micro and macro market factors that reveal nuanced challenges. Our Housing Practice Area looks at the full continuum of housing needs - from public housing to market rate - to partner with local governments, housing authorities, and local partners to design strategies, policies and financing mechanisms that help cities and counties tackle their most pressing housing needs.
Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic program manager to join our Housing Practice Area. The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative problem solver, committed to continuous growth, value a diversity of perspectives/experiences, and adaptable. This program manager will report to a director within the Housing Practice Area. This program manager can expect to work on a range of projects, including (but not limited to): Affordable housing and comprehensive housing strategies Policy and program design engagements Technical assistance/capacity building initiatives for community development organizations and or local jurisdictions.
