Position Summary As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will support our team of providers throughout all stages of patient care. Your duties will include: Greeting patients upon arrival and coordinating all necessary information pertaining to appointment. Creating new patient accounts and updating existing patient information. Monitor schedule flow to maximize patient experience. Verifying insurance eligibility for all patients. Scheduling patients follow up plan according to provider's recommendation. Experience with multi-line phone system and high-volume call monitoring Experience with insurance and dental software is a PLUS! Exceptional time management and attention to detail. Physical demands Extended periods of standing, sitting, and bending, along with repetitive movements. Handling and manipulating tools, objects, and dental equipment.
