The Quality Engineer role requires the ability to work with others, is self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision, has a skill set that will enable and drive continuous improvement of process to ensure compliance to the site Quality systems, Customer Quality requirements, Honeywell Corporate requirements & Boyne City Specific requirements, and adhering to Health, Safety, & Environmental Compliance of the Boyne City facility. Key Accountabilities: Drive process initiatives that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory requirements, government regulations and engineering specifications while ensuring site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and product quality. Work with a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
