Overview:
We're building something new. Helix Technologies, powered by DNA Communications, is launching a next-generation MSP/MSSP — and we're looking for a builder
You'll be the architect, operator, and leader of our new division. At first, you'll roll up your sleeves and deliver services. Over time, you'll build and lead the team.
You'll:
- Own the MSP stack and offerings.
- Package services into compelling bundles.
- Jump in on installs and support in the early days.
- Build and manage a team as we grow.
- Ensure clients are covered end-to-end, from cybersecurity to vCISO services.
You bring:
- MSP/MSSP experience.
- Leadership potential and team-building skills.
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
