Beacon Hill Legal is staffing a Trusts and Estates Paralegal for a Virginia-based law firm in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on trusts and estates.
Responsibilities include preparing and drafting estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. The role also involves assisting with probate pleadings, filings, and notices; collecting and organizing asset information; filing documents with the appropriate courts; and managing deadlines related to estate and trust administration, including tax filings.
This position will adhere to a fully onsite model - Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm ET.
