? Be part of Utah's first Best in World Practice Integrated Preschool — where ABA therapy, professional early childhood education, and play come together to change lives. ?

About the Company

Founded in Historic Sandy in 2018 and expanded to Lehi in 2021, Fabian House was built to solve the challenges Utah families face: quality early childhood education, access to ethical therapy, and the desperate need for child care that actually serves children with and without special needs. Instead of isolating therapy from school, Fabian House unites them. We've created a schoolhouse model where children ages 2–10 learn, play, and thrive alongside peers, teachers, and therapists — all in an environment intentionally designed to feel like home, yet rich in learning resources (think mud kitchens, gardens, science experiments, cooking projects, and dramatic play). Here, you won't just provide therapy. You'll help rewrite what early childhood looks like for families in Utah and beyond.

About the Role

Your Role as a BCBA: Caseload capped at just 6 littles (ages 2–10) — so you can focus on quality, not quantity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct oversight, mentorship, and supervision of RBTs in a joyful, classroom-based model.
  • Conduct assessments, guide treatment plans, and collaborate seamlessly with teachers, play therapists, and families.
  • Shape consistency for children who grow with the same teachers, therapists, and peers throughout their most formative years.
  • Partner with leadership to expand our shared vision — creating a model that can be replicated worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification (Utah licensure required).

Required Skills

  • Passion for integrated, play-based ABA in a classroom environment.
  • Strong communication skills for working with parents, teachers, and RBTs.
  • Alignment with our mission to create real change in the lives of children and the professionals who serve them.

Preferred Skills

  • Ongoing training, and access to cutting-edge best practices.
  • Opportunities to help lead parent education classes and share your expertise in the community.
  • A teaching-and-learning schoolhouse culture — everyone here (from teachers to therapists to parents) is growing together.
  • Work in an environment designed for joy — classrooms that feel like home, rich with play, art, and exploration.
  • Join a close-knit team where every staff member has or is pursuing a degree in a child-related field.
  • Experience a mission-driven school where your work impacts not just children, but entire families.
  • A one-stop-shop model alleviates financial stress for families — so you're never stuck explaining costs or billing.
  • Consistent schedules and caseloads mean you can truly focus on outcomes, not burnout.
  • Be part of something bigger than yourself: building a replicable model for how children everywhere can thrive.

Pay range and compensation package

  • $75k-$85K STARTING PAY
  • Manageable caseload of max 6 children.
  • Professional development + upcoming CEUs.
  • PTO, holidays, and consistent schedules (no weekends required).
  • A chance to be a founding BCBA voice in shaping the future of Fabian House.
