Job Title: Escalations Representative

Location: West Des Moines, IA - Onsite training (8 weeks), hybrid possible after

Pay: $20-$21/hr

Job Type: 12 months+ with possible extension

Overview:

Seeking a Complaint Resolution Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in financial services or insurance. This role involves handling escalated customer issues, investigating complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle 5+ escalated customer calls per day; de-escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Investigate complaints, determine resolutions, and process transactions.
• Review cases for compliance risks and classify in the case management system.
• Communicate professionally via phone and email with customers and internal teams.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years complaint resolution experience (financial services or insurance).
• Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills.
• Empathy, resilience, and ability to manage upset customers.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy; able to navigate multiple systems and screens.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
