Technical Skills
- Design FMEA & Validation PlanningExperience with DFMEA and DVP&R processes is essential.
- Creo (or similar CAD tools)Basic proficiency in Creo is preferred, but experience with other solid modeling tools is acceptable.
- Engineering FundamentalsStrong academic background in:
- Mechanics of Materials
- Thermodynamics
- Fluid Dynamics
- Simulation CoordinationAbility to coordinate and interpret results from FEA and CFD simulations (not necessarily perform them).
- Design Release ExperienceEnd-to-end ownership from concept to production release of components.
Collaboration & Communication
- Supplier InteractionPrior experience working with suppliers, including quoting, DFMEA, validation, and APQP processes.
- Cross-functional TeamworkAbility to collaborate with procurement, simulation, manufacturing, and test engineering teams.
- Presentation SkillsComfortable presenting in internal design reviews and communicating across departments.
- Experience Range
- Minimum2 years with a Master's degree.
- Upper LimitCandidates with less than 12 years are more preferred
