We're Hiring! Office Administration & Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administration & Front Desk Receptionist to join our client on a long-term contract. This role combines office administration, reception, and security support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent workplace experience.
Location: 735 Battery Street, San Francisco
Type: Contract (6+ Months)
Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage and maintain office supplies, food & drinks (purchase requests, ordering, restocking, expense tracking).
- Keep breakrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas neat, organized, and visitor-ready.
- Support corporate events including catering, meal reservations, and cultural/morale activities.
- Escort contractors during facility maintenance.
- Handle shipping & receiving (logging, expense tracking, reporting, distribution).
- Support onboarding & offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee parking and validations (daily/monthly vendor communication).
- Perform ad hoc tasks to support overall office operations.
Reception & Security Management (2–3 days/week)
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Register and track visitors per SDIC guidelines, providing instructions and escorting when needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming reception area and conference rooms.
- Oversee security facility operations (CCTV, alarm systems, badges, logs).
- Ensure security guards are trained and aligned with company standards.
- Manage visitor logs, badge lists, Wi-Fi, and parking validations.
Skills & Qualifications
