About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to serve as the bridge between engineering and business teams, driving product initiatives from conception through delivery. In this role, you'll help define product roadmaps, coordinate across a matrixed organization, and ensure strategic and technical alignment as we expand our offerings.

The ideal candidate combines a strong product management background with technical fluency, business strategy acumen, and financial services experience. This person is equally comfortable collaborating with engineers, gathering detailed requirements, and presenting roadmaps to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, aligning engineering and business priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end product development, taking initiatives from conception to launch within 6–12 month timelines.
  • Partner with engineering teams to gather requirements, document specifications, and ensure proper SDLC execution.
  • Support initiatives including:
  • Migration of legacy auto finance scorecards into a new platform.
  • Various technical projects requiring close collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across a matrixed organization, including product, engineering, analytics (credit strategies), marketing, and compliance.
  • Balance strategic business goals with technical feasibility, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products.
  • Provide ongoing support for product launches, enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end delivery of at least 1–2 products within a 6–12 month timeframe.
  • Experience developing and managing product roadmaps
  • Technical fluency with an engineering background or proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong business strategy skills with ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Financial services experience (required).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer finance or auto finance industries.
  • Familiarity with scorecard migrations, credit strategies, or compliance-driven product development.
