Main responsibilities
  • Define and drive the Site Intelligence product strategy to improve site recruitment performance and reduce activation cycle times.

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and strategic alignment.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform continuous innovation and product enhancements.

  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and data insights to optimize outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Clinical, Operations, Medical, and Digital to ensure successful product delivery.

  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to identify high-performing, diversity-rich clinical sites and patient clusters.

  • Champion change management and secure executive buy-in for global product rollout.

About you
  • 7+ years of proven success in digital product management, ideally within life sciences R&D or health tech.

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, site management, and data integration.

  • Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, communication, and influencing across diverse teams.

  • Experience with analytics platforms, dashboard development, and AI-driven decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree is a plus.

  • English proficiency required
