About the Role We are seeking Managed Care Specialists to join our Member Services team. This hybrid role involves both in-office and remote work in Nashville, TN. Training will be extensive (up to 6 weeks, virtual/in-office as directed), and attendance during training is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Determine individual and family eligibility for care programs. Assist in coordinating and communicating schedules with internal and external clients. Conduct client interviews, collect and analyze case data, and provide recommendations to attorneys. Manage casework, ensure timely documentation, and oversee case resolution. Perform legal research, review legal documents, and draft documentation accurately. Work across multiple databases to extract and analyze information. Participate in team meetings and contribute to workgroup discussions. Provide support to leadership as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
