Job Location : Vicksburg,MI, USA
Join our team as an assembler working on light assembly of interior injection molded products. You will work in a collaborative environment with 3-4 assembly stations, engaging in the efficient assembly of small plastic pieces. Responsibilities include performing light assembly of interior injection molded products, working within a work cell consisting of 3-4 assembly stations, snapping small plastic pieces into other plastic components and placing them into the completed bin, and meeting performance metrics with a piece rate varying between 200-400 units per shift.
Essential Skills include experience with assembly and mechanical assembly, familiarity with injection molding manufacturing, ability to read blueprints and use hand tools, minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience, and willingness to work 50 hours a week. Additional Skills & Qualifications include experience in high volume assembly and machine operating experience.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.81/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
