Food Shelf Volunteer

This is an open request for volunteers to assist with a variety of food shelf tasks related to getting ready for those in need in our area.

The Food Shelf is now open on the 3rd Wednesday of the month for drive through pick up.

As a safety precaution all volunteers are required to wear masks, have their temperature taken, answer a few questions about covid-19 exposure, sanitize their hands and wear gloves. Social distancing is practiced throughout the day. Your safety is important to us.

Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

Unload the truck

Stock shelves

Package boxes

Assist in distribution

Sanitizing equipment

Screening shoppers and volunteers

General clean up
