As a Pastry and Bread Specialist at Panera, your key responsibilities will include:
- Baking a variety of bread and pastries daily to match the needs of your bakery-cafe.
- Upholding our high standards for flavor and quality.
- Carrying out stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks.
- Strictly following health and food safety standards.
- Providing support to your manager and team whenever necessary.
- Contributing to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
This Opportunity is Ideal for You If:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- You have a basic understanding of food safety, with completion of training and a Food Handler's Card as required by law.
- You are flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
