Provide contract specific data analysis to help drive program efficiencies, proactively seeking out resources needed for issue resolution and attaining operational excellence. Work is generally self-directed and not prescribed, requiring initiative and independent judgment Take the lead in defining and formalizing the capture of requirements, overseeing delivery, and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contract deliverables, Management by Objectives (MB - Os), and other program-wide performance and execution metrics. Translate concepts into practice and provide explanations and information to others on complex issues Execute, document, and communicate progress on Get-to-Green, CAPA, or other defect/improvement initiatives, while representing Program interests.
