Installs, programs, and repairs robots and related automated equipment, such as programmable controllers, robot controllers, end-of-arm tools, conveyors, parts orienters. Uses power tools, hand tools, and testing instruments. Follows manuals, schematic diagrams, and blue prints. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Review related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed Understanding of electronic application, electrical circuits, mechanical equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, and programming of the various controllers and robots. Documentation of the automation processes throughout the life cycle of the process. Participate in any quality audits pertaining to Automation. JOB RESPONSIBILITES: 1. Programs robot to perform specified tasks, applying knowledge of programming language using teach pendants, keyboards, control panels, or robot controllers. 2.
