: Job Details :

You will be responsible for assessing patients' health needs, developing personalized care plans, and delivering high-quality healthcare services such as Infusion Therapy, Wound Care, Medication Management, Tube Feeding, patient education, PICC Line, and Central Line Care. There is maximum flexibility with no minimal time commitment and no on-call. Initial assessments and reassessments of the patient's health status and needs. Comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's specific requirements and goals. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress regularly, adjusting care plans as needed. Conduct supervisory visits for nurses and the care team. Provide skilled nursing care, such as medication management. Maintains clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
