Job Number: 387 Job Title: IT CLINICAL INTERFACE ENGINEER (387) - VERMONT - URGENT Job Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site Job Location: Morrisville VT Salary: 86K-118K Background * Analyze, coordinate, develop, test, and maintain clinical and operational systems exchanging data via HL7, DICOM, and other interface protocols* Support proprietary and industry standard interfaces between clinical equipment, servers, software and outside entities* Provide support for electronic medical records system interfaces including configuration and troubleshooting* Communicate changes or new initiatives and key issues to supervisors, physicians, and staff* Assume special projects as directed and document them appropriately* Provide support for all clinical and business applications as well as network, server and user hardware Requirements * 2 years clinical interface engineering experience and two years with a healthcare client or a healthcare related environment* Complex project management experience* In depth knowledge of EMRs* Experience with database and programming languages* Experience administering interfaces Preferred * Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team with staff at various levels* Must have certification : CorePoint, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, or Mirth
