Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Operating Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of startup ecosystems, a proven track record in fundraising and financial management, and a passion for driving social impact and equity in education and workforce development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction and growth of our organization, leveraging their experience in scaling early-stage ventures to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization.
• Leverage your understanding of startup ecosystems to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage financial operations to ensure the financial health and sustainability of our organization.
• Drive social impact and promote equity in education and workforce development through our services and initiatives.
• Scale our early-stage ventures and oversee their growth and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to our team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of startup ecosystems, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities.
• Experience in fundraising and financial management, with a demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage financial operations effectively.
• A passion for driving social impact and promoting equity in education and workforce development.
• A track record of successfully scaling early-stage ventures, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and development.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
