Job Requirements & Duties
You are responsible for all operations in your restaurant, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You must set a good example and adhere strictly to all policies and procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling, ordering supplies, training, and hiring team members. A profit-sharing bonus is available based on cost control within set goals.
