Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management
- 5+ years in a leadership role / managing direct reports
- ERP experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain functions, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution, as well as global supply chain dynamics and trade compliance
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Kanban, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company\'s supply chain strategy in line with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee comprehensive supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the supply chain team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to anticipate potential supply chain risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements across all supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and finance departments to align supply chain operations with company needs.
- Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements across the supply chain while maintaining quality standards.
- Report on supply chain performance, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.
- Implement and maintain technology solutions (e.g., ERP systems) to support supply chain processes and data management.
