The Role: Kyndryl's professional services organization, Kyndryl Consult, is seeking an experienced Consult Partner with deep industry expertise to help drive IT outcomes, guide clients through digital transformation, deliver operational excellence, and measure targeted value while solving clients' mission-critical challenges. Leveraging Kyndryl's global strength and capabilities across Cloud, Core Enterprise & zCloud, Network and Edge, Applications, Data & AI, Security & Resilience, and Digital Workplace Services, Consult Partners create and deliver impactful solutions.

As a Consult Partner, you will work with industry clients and Kyndryl account teams to build senior-level relationships and drive value-based outcomes. You will participate in, sell, support and deliver multi-disciplinary teams on complex consulting engagements, and are accountable for creating and delivering value and driving growth in Kyndryl's largest accounts. You will also drive opportunity identification within accounts, support end-to-end contracts (including scoping), organize internal support, coordinate with the deal team to finalize terms, and bring cross-Kyndryl teams onto multi-tower/complex deals. Application-focused, land and expand deals.

Contribute to Profitable Growth

  • Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
  • Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growth
  • Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the \'go-to\' person and trusted advisor by senior executives
  • Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement
  • Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagements
  • Enhance client satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development; secure client references

Operational Excellence

  • Achieve individual and team utilization targets
  • Lead the design of complex engagements and oversee delivery to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of continuous personal and professional development and encourage curiosity and innovation while ensuring outcomes are commercially focused, value-adding and effectively executed

Strategic Contribution

  • Utilize industry and technology expertise to shape and drive the company's strategic initiatives

Required Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
  • Leadership delivering customized client engagements that provide valuable insights, strategies, and roadmaps bringing business value through modern technologies across the Kyndryl Consult portfolio
  • Leveraging existing industry relationships
  • Strong experience in IT Modernization across organizations of varying size
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key client and Kyndryl stakeholders
  • Developing a pipeline of opportunities, originating, developing, and signing new business deals with C-level clients
  • Collaborating with account leadership to facilitate account planning and drive pursuit teams to develop proposals and navigate negotiations for growth
  • Bringing deep industry-centric and technical thought leadership, including success stories and viewpoints on IT modernization
  • Identifying land-and-expand opportunities to drive larger transformational programs
  • Effective financial acumen with experience in revenue growth and margin management
  • Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
  • Strong personal brand and industry presence
  • Proven ability to innovate and drive change

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $151,560 to $272,760 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary by geography, skills and experience. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted accordingly. The pay or salary range will not be below applicable minimum wage requirements.

There are different compensation ranges for the following locations: California: $166,680 to $327,240; Colorado: $151,560 to $272,760; New York City: $181,800 to $327,240; Washington: $166,680 to $300,120; Washington DC: $166,680 to $300,120.

This position is eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. If this is a sales-commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
