Summary Bering Global Solutions, LLC, a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking a full-time Curriculum Coordinator Project Manager (CC PjM) for day-to-day operations of a human performance (HP) program supporting Air Force pilot training at Randolph AFB, TX. This work will incorporate job-specific conditioning, cutting-edge HP technology, and easy-access prehab & rehab physical therapy. The Curriculum Coordinator Project Manager) supports the AETC CRAFT Director and Program Office in the planning, design, execution, and validation of Human Performance (HP) curriculum. The CC PjM ensures standardization, synchronization, and continuous improvement of courseware across all CRAFT domains and locations. This role is central to aligning HP curriculum with operational requirements, scientific best practices, and Air Force training syllabi, while facilitating collaboration among domain leads, instructors, and site personnel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Support the AETC CRAFT Director in planning, scheduling, execution, and validation of curriculum development efforts. - Provide technical expertise in the development, design, and sustainment of HP courseware and instructional deliverables. - Gather and incorporate feedback from SMEs, PjMs, Domain Leads, PASOs, instructors, and students to inform courseware updates. - Ensure synchronization and standardization of all CRAFT HP courseware across sites, pipelines, and domains. - Collaborate with Domain Leads and tactical specialists to align curriculum with scientific literature and operational needs. - Ensure all HP courseware is reviewed/updated at least every two years. - Track courseware development and review cycles using project management software; provide visibility to the Program Office. - Maintain and update the CRAFT Syllabus with approved changes. - Coordinate with flying training units to align flying training syllabi with CRAFT curriculum. - Implement iterative curriculum improvements to enhance quality and instructional effectiveness. - Support research initiatives and curriculum-related data collection. - Provide in-person or virtual support to active and prospective CRAFT locations. - Attend CRAFT Program Office meetings, leadership syncs, and provide updates. - Assist with planning and presenting at annual summits, trainings, and DV visits. - Comply with all training, conduct, and policy requirements (per CRAFT CONOPS). - Maintain comprehensive records of required personal licensures, certifications, and CRAFT training. Qualifications – Experience, Education, and Certification Required: •Master's degree in education, instructional design, exercise science, human performance, or related field. •Minimum 7–10 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or project management within a human performance, health science, or military training program. •Experience with instructional evaluation, courseware design, and curriculum alignment. •U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance (Tier 1 / Secret). •Strong communication and technical writing skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Planner, SharePoint). Preferred: •Experience supporting Air Force or other DoD training programs. •Familiarity with CRAFT or AETC syllabi and training processes. •Experience coordinating large-scale curriculum across multiple sites. Necessary Physical Requirements Primarily office and classroom observation work; must be able to travel, sit, stand, or walk for extended periods during curriculum evaluations. Work Environment Office and training environments with routine travel to CRAFT locations. Supervisory Responsibilities None Additional Qualifying Factors - Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. - Must be able to access military installations.
