Full time at 30 hours per weekJob Responsibilities:
Turn customer service phones on at start of day, check and respond to off-hour messages and turn phones off at end of day Answer incoming calls Take customer orders and enter into system Direct all other calls to appropriate individuals Respond to customer requests regarding our products and services Communicate effectively with management, sales and distribution personnel immediately regarding all customer needs Distribution Department Check driver's deposit and settlement recaps for accuracy Communicate with Sundance regarding any problems or issues that need attention Email Sundance when OK to post Distribute paperwork to appropriate individuals Stay late at the end of the month to make sure all driver's deposit and settlement recaps are accurate Enter bank deposit daily Prepare deposit for charge accounts Receive NSF checks and distribute to appropriate individuals Receive Over/Short checks and give to appropriate driver to deposit Check order price recap for errors and correct Warehouse Review Ship Confirmations and Transfer Receipts for accuracy Enter any changes on pick lists Schedule appointments for all inbound and outbound loads Print pick lists for all non-DSD outbound loads Data entry for all inbound and outbound loads Contact customers with any modifications to orders Log all damages/spoils Relieve inventory for sales samples in APPX system Process employee sales monthly Setting up new customers in database Update customer files as needed Email customer lists to sales team monthly Monitor account receivables and identify past due accounts Print invoice copies for sales team Mail or email invoices to customers as required Gather paperwork for Walgreens Rejected/Short Paid Invoices Print customer statements and mail twice per month Point of Sale Order glides as needed Month end inventory Create point of sale signage for special promotions Receive, sort and distribute mail to appropriate recipients and departments Prepare all FedEx/UPS mail and packages for shipment and drop off at pick up site File and maintain all required paperwork Monitor office supplies and request order to replenish Other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements:High School General Education Diploma or equivalent Basic math and calculation skills Detail-oriented and excellent follow-up skills Two years of experience in customer service and/or general office experience in an administrative role that includes various Clerical and Accounting functions Fluent in oral and written communication in English Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft business applications Sundance Beverage Company provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender, genetics, gender identity, disabled veterans, or sexual orientation.
