About the Role
The organization seeks a dynamic Chief Fundraising Officer (CFO) to lead its philanthropic initiatives. As a vital member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will develop and implement an innovative fundraising strategy aimed at broadening and diversifying the donor base through the cultivation of individual, corporate, foundation, and government supporters.

A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree is preferred. A proven track record of securing diverse funding sources and meeting fundraising targets is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are crucial, complemented by a deep commitment to nonprofit values.
