Job Description :

We are seeking individuals for open 2nd and 3rd shift positions in our Sheboygan manufacturing plant. These individuals will be used as utility workers to perform various manufacturing jobs in accordance with company procedures. Responsibilities Perform general manufacturing processes which may include the following:

  • Steel prep.
  • Draw Press Operate.
  • Auto Cells Operate.
  • Spin Forming.
  • Washing Machine and Brite Anneal machine tenders.
  • Polishing/Finishing.
  • Packing.
  • Assist with any special projects assigned by supervisor.
  • Willingness to assist and train others when necessary.
  • General cleaning and housekeeping.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required.
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization.

Compensation
  • Starting at $24.35 – $24.80 per hour depending on shift assignment.
