Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (work experience may substitute otherwise on a year-for-year basis). A minimum of 3-5 years in Human Resources Management, preferably in health care, is required. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification is preferred.
