Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the Human Resources department to ensure equitable employee treatment in accordance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Promote a productive and inclusive culture within the workplace.
  • Develop and implement employee programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as a crucial resource for department managers and staff, serving as the liaison between Home Office HR and hospital management.
  • Oversee staff education programs, manage workers' compensation, and assist with benefits administration.
  • Lead hospital recruitment and retention initiatives to secure appropriate staffing resources.
  • Celebrate and recognize the achievements of our dedicated employees regularly.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (work experience may substitute otherwise on a year-for-year basis). A minimum of 3-5 years in Human Resources Management, preferably in health care, is required. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification is preferred.
