Description
The Technical Systems Integrator will work directly with our customer to oversee execution of technical projects, manage team coordination, and serve as a critical point of contact in their absence. The Systems Integrator will be involved with technical projects that advance the client's strategic mission. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Project Support:
Assist the customer in deriving and defining technical project objectives, requirements, deliverables, and timelines
Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
Track project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to the customer and other customer stakeholders
Coordination and Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors when the customer is unavailable
Interface directly with vendor teams including program management and engineers to facilitate project execution
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the customer
Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring that all parties are informed of project updates and changes
Task Management:
Ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the desired quality standards
Track vendor execution of project deliverables against requirements for schedule and technical performance
Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the customer as needed
Prepare and compile necessary documentation, such as meeting minutes and status reports
Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and records
Backup and Representation:
Represent the customer in meetings and discussions when they are unavailable
Ensure that the customer is informed of any critical issues or decisions made in their absence
Provide additional support to the customer as needed to ensure project success
Qualifications
Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance
Bachelor's Degree, or experience can be substituted for the degree
Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
Ability to manage projects from initiation to delivery, including planning execution, monitoring and control
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira)
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements or circumstances
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
